Download your brain

Keep a notebook next to your bed. Before you go to sleep, make a list of things you need to do the next day. Download the “to do list” from your head to paper. Avoid using your phone because you’ll get sucked into a digital vortex.

Downloading to paper every night will clear your head, and you won’t spend cycles worrying about something slipping through the cracks. It’s also a good catch-all for random ideas and epiphanies.
